Marilyn Swick

Marilyn Swick – Marilyn Swick is a Phoenix-based multiple award-winning director, screenwriter, producer, SAG-AFTRA actor & local AZ-UT Board Member, ASCAP songwriter & ASCAP publisher through her Sleep On It Productions.

Marilyn attended the Juilliard Acting Extension Division, New York Film Academy, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University. She has directed and written the award-winning feature film, My Life Between the Reins, and short films REM, You Won’t Define Me, Actors Anonymous, Wish Upon A Starfish, 16 Sunrises & Sunsets and Wicked Bass. A long-standing member of Women in Film Los Angeles, she recently served on the board of Women in Film & Video New England. She shares her time between Burbank, NYC and Scottsdale. When not on a film set, you may find her showing her AQHA horse in Hunter Under Saddle or Pleasure Driving classes.
