Marci Morrison

Marci Morrison – I have over 40 years of experience on film sets mostly in Chicago and also in Arizona. Working and etiquette on set is not foreign to me and is truly my passion. Having taken film, acting and Improvisational classes in the Chicagoland area as well as an array of classes, including Green Screen and TelePrompTer, in Scottsdale at Verve Studio, I am well equipped. I have so much fun when I am in class and on set. The thrill is something that I have experienced since I was a young child in acting classes.

In Chicago, my film experiences included movies, television, commercials, and an Industrial/Educational Video. I have been in front of the camera over fifty-five times, mostly Background work. My on-screen credit was for me and my dog, Bailey, on the History Channel. I have also been a stand-in a couple of times. Three of my dogs have been in front of the camera over forty times. My current dog, Kona, a Borderdoodle, has been in two commercial shoots in Arizona. I was asked to be on the local news station in Phoenix twice in interviews as a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Since I retired as a School Social Worker and only run my counseling therapy business one day a week, I fortunately have a lot more time to focus on my love of acting and film. I am excited to have the opportunity to move full speed ahead. I can always squeeze in my other passions of working out six days a week, country line dancing, hanging out with friends and traveling outside the country.
