Jonathan De La Torre

Jonathan De La Torre – Born in Mexico City and raised in Phoenix Arizona, Jonathan De La Torre recently starred in his first leading role in the feature film ‘The Long Walk of Carlos Guerrero’ which marks his fine acting per the Hollywood Times. Other credits include ’Fiat Lux 5000’ his most recent short film which premiered at the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival LALIFF. He wrote, produced, and starred in the award-winning short film ‘Cartas Para Axél’ which premiered at Outfest Los Angeles and continued its festival run in CDMX, Spain, and throughout the US. He and his writing partner won the first Concord Music Initiative competition which awarded them the funds to produce their second short film ‘Avivar’ which premiered at Outfest in 2023. ‘Micks Out’ includes one of his standout performances as the ICE Agent Miguel Rodriguez. His former training includes the Estudio Corazza para la Actuatión in Madrid under Manuel Morón and Ana Gracia, Studio 4 with James Franco, Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop, auditioning techniques with Natalie Ballasteros (Director of Talent and Casting, CBS/Casting Associate, Carla Hool Casting), and is currently studying under Kennedy Brown the Lucid Body Technique. He is actively working in commercial campaigns, TV, and film and is extremely excited to hit the stage for the first time at the Teatro Frida Kahlo of Los Angeles with ‘Valentina y la Sombra del Diablo’.
