Hello!

My name is Gino Zabala. I am an Actor, Director, and Writer! Filming wasn’t something I grew up wanting to do. I didn’t realize it was a career choice for me until I learned I was going to be a father at the young age of 19. Upon that realization of how my life would change forever, I had the thought, “What is the biggest lesson to teach my son?”. I sat long enough that eventually, it hit me! Chase your dreams no matter what, and pursue what gives you purpose and makes you happy!

I thought further about how to accomplish this newfound purpose for my son. I came to the thought that words don’t affect kids as much as actions. So here I stand as a statue to my son that you can find a purpose, you can achieve a dream, you can do it. Just simply YOU CAN.

Now being at the beginning of the prime of my life at the age of 25 and my son is 6. I have still kept this lesson alive. Since then, not only have I been making this dream happen for me but also he has found a purpose for himself on the film sets I act in or direct on!

I have found a lot about myself in what I like to make creatively. Sci-Fi films have a special place in my heart that I want to explore daily. I have also found I want to make people fall in love with stories and the realism of life. As a filmmaker, I strive to inspire people, make them feel something, change someone’s thoughts, and take them on a journey — and I am just getting started.
