Trained in improv at The Second City Toronto, she brings natural charisma, adaptability, and depth to every performance. Also a licensed aesthetician and experienced bodywork practitioner, she brings an understanding of physical presence and discipline to her craft. A certified yoga teacher of nine years and lifelong equestrian (Western and English), she offers both physical agility and emotional range. Creative at heart, she’s also a writer, poet, and visual artist—with a love for travel, literature, and the outdoors.
